This is a homebrewed organization established within Garlemald.

Set underneath the guise of being a boarding school for unruly children, or a place of imprisonment for ne'er-do-wellers.They serve the Royal Family & their plans, especially regarding weapon enhancement and general human-altering enhancements. The goal of this establishment is to find their weapon of light and utilize them to their full extent, no matter the cost.
They are willing to do just about anything to find the person they need to turn into the weapon they desire so heavily for the Empire.

- Before A Realm Reborn -

Raina was the second born to a Vieran Woman by the name of Rhannil, and Miqo'te man by the name of Vhan. She would grow up in Shaaloani, near Mehwahhetsoan. It was unusual for Viera's to post here, though her mother wouldn't stay for long, abandoning her family by Raina's 6th summer after verbally berating Raina for not being good enough to be her child. Her mother would then come back after several summers, trying to control all aspects of Raina's life, all while ignoring her older brother. Her mother fixated on Raina, for her being the only daughter, the only one she had to raise into carrying the Blanc bloodline, some way somehow.By her 9th summer, her mother would cast her off to the Heavenly Dusks, an organization belonging to Garlemald, originally believing it was a boarding school meant for unruly children. Rhannil would send her daughter off with the thought that this would be a good opportunity for Raina to learn discipline, and mannerisms fit for a better life. A better life that Raina could provide to her family.Arriving at Heavenly Dusks, she got introduced to many other kids like her, though not all would survive their extensive training and discipline they would go under. Trained by the those who either worked for the Legions or the Legatus' themselves, if they had the extra time to help craft these children into soldiers they were supposed to become. The kids here underwent physically and mentally taxing training, some even going under experimental changes to their strength, stamina or transplants of different body parts, or as far as scale transplants. Raina was included in this, finding herself with scales transplanted into her skin, with the belief from the organization that it would protect her, covering her body in them--vital parts mostly covered. She'd have experimental regeneration done, taking vials upon vials of liquid and undergoing what would essentially be torture to refine and change the formula to regeneration before it was successful enough on her to gain passively slow regeneration.Raina would be there from her 9th summer to her 20th summer, by her 20th summer she would undergo the taking of the fake Echo experiment, subjected to an aetherical transferring, almost like an injection to her aether--she'd find herself writhing in pain, skin moving and forming to the changes, her vitality split and stitched back together strengthening her accord. Muscles contracting and convulsing, essentially induced into a seizure-like state, after what felt like minutes, which must've only been nearly a minute or so, she is sweating and panting. Successfully taking the fake echo, her head is ringing, screaming in pain when a voice is heard within her head.Hear.. Feel.. Think..Another is heard as well. Murmuring under Her words:
