A daughter born to a Viera Mother && Miqo'te Father; they find themselves with a little kit who's features would resemble Viera's more, yet with the physical attributes of Miqo'te, perhaps with larger && fluffier ears, a bit of a shorter tail, and stunted height of Miqo'te as well.Growing up in the Miqo'te settlement of Mehwahhetsoan with her father, in Xak Tural, Shaaloni. Her mother abandonded her by age 6, leaving her and her brother with their father-- whom took them both and fled away to Tural, taken in by the local Miqo'te tribe.Her and her brother knew peace for quite a while--even adopting another Miqo'te boy, into their little small family. They'd know this peace for another 4 years, before Raina's mother would come back and find her way to Raina, kidnapping her and turning her over to an underground organization, otherwise known as "Heavenly Dusks", an organization that takes their captives && experiments on them in the name of The Chosen One who would commune with Etheirys' Voice && enact the will of the Mother Crystal. They'd forge her body with draconic scales, protecting her vital regions, and enhancing her regular abilities to nearly something supernatural.Her agility && strength increased, mental willpower unfortunately grown, making her more resilient than ever.They'd find she'd be a good weapon for Garlemald, allowing her to be "free" for but a few days at a time to partake in battles to win across Eorzea--until just about the Battle of Carteneau, where she would then again be struck down && taken as a prisoner of war. In this time of history, it was about 10 years since she'd seen her family, since she was shipped off to this facility && now she found herself locked in this cold && dark cell with minimal lighting... with an older White Mage Au Ra woman who was taking care of her wounds, keeping her alive enough for the Grand Companies to question her. During this time, two distinct voices would call out to her...Hear.. Feel.. Think...
The other, just barely loud enough for her to hear, with small words being said:

The woman would speak to Raina, herself barely replying back--she'd learn the Auri woman's name would be Naname Orl. Her own memory wiped via orders of the Grand Companies, she'd stay underneath the care of Naname until she was deemed no longer a threat && able to travel on her own, beginning her journey.
